Retainer Options

Finding quality pet care is hard enough; finding quality pet care at the last minute is nearly impossible. If you're an individual with a busy or erratic schedule, who encounters frequent unscheduled meetings and sudden trips that end up having you scrambling for last minute pet care, our Retainer Option is your best solution.

Whether it's holding specific days, weeks, or even a month, we can customize a membership package that meets your needs and ensures we will always have a spot for your beloved pet.

How does a retainer option work?

​

You select the days, weeks or months you would like retained in advance. This ensures that your place is exclusively held for you and not taken up by other pet parents wanting to book a service with us.

 

The retainer fee is paid in advance and acts as a down payment for your fulfilled service. If you follow through with your reservation, the remaining balance of the service rate will be added on the day of your first service.

 

The retainer is non-refundable regardless if you use the dates reserved or not.

To confirm your reservation, we must be advised as follows:

​

• For day rate bookings, please advise us by 5 pm the previous evening so that we can prepare for your pet’s arrival the following morning.  

• For weekly bookings, please advise us within 48 hours of the first day required. 

• For monthly bookings, please advise us within 72 hours of the first day required. 

 

Rates will vary depending on your specific needs. Once we discuss the options and your requirements, a customised quote will be provided.
